The International Congress of Doctoral Students is an initiative that seeks to promote meetings, the exchange of ideas and collaboration between doctoral students (from the initial phase to the final) and researchers regardless of their field of research.
The Congress also fulfils the “third mission” since through its activities this event disseminates knowledge by transferring research results outside the academic field, making such results accessible and useful for society, companies and institutions. Likewise, the congress promotes innovation by strengthening the link between the university and society, contributing to the cultural, social and economic development of the territory.

1. FORM OF PARTICIPATION
The Congress will be held ONLINE. To participate you can do so by:
- Connecting on the day of the conference via the link that we will send you by email.
- Sending us in advance a video to our email centrodialtaformazione@gmail.com of a maximum duration of 5 minutes. The video will be screened on the day of the Congress in a dedicated session.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Poster: Participation modality for all those who have an idea of their doctoral thesis and are in the phase of building their research plan
Oral communication: open to the participation of any research
Your thesis in 5 minutes (video): you can present your doctoral thesis by highlighting the title, the hypothesis or the research problem, the objectives, the impact of your research, etc.

4. RULES OF PARTICIPATION
Poster: The Poster must be 21.60 x 27.80 cm (1275 x 1650 pixels) in size and must be sent to the email address centrodialtaformazione@gmail.com following the structure Name_Surname_Poster
Oral communication: The summary of the communication (maximum 500 words) must be sent to the email address centrodialtaformazione@gmail.com. The summary sent must be in PDF or Word format and the file must be named following the structure Name_Surname_Communication
The oral communication (not the summary) must contain the title, the statement of the problem and the hypothesis, the objectives, the bibliographical references.
Your thesis in 5 minutes (pre-recorded video): The video must not exceed 5 minutes. Videos exceeding this time will be rejected. The video format is mp4. The file must be sent to the email address centrodialtaformazione@gmail.com following the structure: Name_Surname_Video
PARTICIPATION FOR TUTORS, RESEARCHERS AND TEACHERS
Participation in plenary sessions and round tables by tutors, professors and researchers is welcome.
Registration
Once you have completed the booking form, you will receive an email with all the instructions.
Registration- The cost of participation is 25 euros. A certificate will be provided.
- Attendance only (with certificate) is 10 euros.

Oral presentations will be included in the Special Proceedings. Videos and posters will be uploaded to our YouTube channel.
